1)	We encourage the parents to allow our highly trained staff to accompany your child during the visits. We assure you that our trained staff can put your child at ease. We, at the tooth fairy dental center believe that children can strike a better rapport with us when the parent is not around. We are highly experienced in helping children overcome anxiety. Separation anxiety is not uncommon in children and will eventually diminish.
2)	Parents can watch their kids in a viewing room where we have close circuit device placed in the operatories. Our viewing room is not open to parents or extended family on Sedation Day's Only.
3)	We provide quality dental care to infants, children, adolescents and those with special needs.
4)	We have a 24 hr emergency service to contact in case of emergency.
5)	We accept most insurances and patients are scheduled by appointments. In order to provide optimum patient care, it is essential that we be given adequate notice regarding cancellation or change in appointments.
6)	Missed appointments deny other children the opportunity for emergency treatment and needed dental care. If you are unable to make it for the appointment for any reasons, you may leave a message on our answering service 48 hrs prior to scheduled time and date .

Our staff will be happy to assist you with the office policies regarding dental insurances. All co pays are collected at the time of the appointments. Our policy is to file all insurance claims electronically on a daily basis.
